Delete your Percy account
You can request deletion in Percy's settings or contact us without installing or signing in to the app.
Request account deletion
Send your request here. You do not need an email app or a Percy sign-in.
Submitting this form does not immediately delete your account. We may need to verify that it belongs to you before completing the request.
We use your email address and details to handle your request. This form is processed by Formspree. Website privacy policy.
Prefer email? Write to support@signascend.com with the subject “Percy account deletion request.” You can copy the address into Gmail or any other email service.
What is deleted and what remains
Deletion removes your Percy account and associated information, subject to the retention limits in the Percy Privacy Policy. After account deletion, we delete or de-identify eligible information in Percy's active systems within 30 days. Provider-held information, security records, and protected recovery copies have separate retention limits explained in the policy. Backups do not all expire within 30 days; deleted accounts must be suppressed and purged before restored data can serve users.
Deleting Percy does not delete your original social accounts or posts already published there. Information belonging to other members of a shared account is not deleted solely because you leave.
Disconnecting a social account or uninstalling the app does not by itself delete your Percy account or information already stored.
