- Early-access requests: when you submit our form, we receive your email address and the product you select. We use this information to manage your request and contact you about early access.
- Inquiries: when you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include. We use it to respond and provide support.
- Website and technical information: our hosting, security, and analytics services process information about website requests, such as IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, and request times, to deliver and protect the website and understand its use.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare to host and secure the website and provide website analytics. Our early-access form uses Formspree to receive submissions. The homepage loads fonts from Google Fonts; your browser contacts Google to retrieve those fonts. These services receive the information needed to handle their respective requests. Our email service providers also process messages you send us.
Service providers may process information outside your country. Their handling of information is also described in their privacy notices: Cloudflare, Formspree, and Google.
Retention and your choices
We retain early-access requests and correspondence for as long as needed to manage your request, respond to you, and meet applicable legal or security needs. Technical records are retained according to the purposes and settings of the services that process them.
You can ask us to remove your early-access request, stop contacting you about early access, or request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing support@signascend.com. Information retained for a legal or security requirement is limited to that purpose.
